All orders are shipped with USPS priority, and I will send a tracking number to you once your order is fulfilled.

DAMAGE

If you receive your order and your purchase is damaged or broken, please contact me at schneider.brooke.e.ceramics@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. I can only accept requests that provide pictures of the broken item(s) and the packaging your order arrived in, BUT I always try my best to make things right, so don't hesitate to contact me if there is a problem! If your shipment is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first and email me!

RETURNS

Due to Covid-19, I am not currently accepting returns for health and safety concerns. Keep in mind that all items are handmade and will have slight variations. That is what makes handmade ceramics so beautiful and special. All sales are final, but please email me if there is an issue!
